YOUR AMOUNT DUE ON YOUR SUPEREOB® MAY NOT MATCH THE AMOUNT DUE ON HPS ONLINE ACCESS.
This is because your 2018 claims are available under a new HPS Online Access account. You can continue to use your current account to view claims for services provided in 2017 through Network Health Plan; however, you will need to create a separate HPS Online Access account to view claims for services provided beginning in 2018 through Exceedent. To create your new HPS Online Access account, complete the HPS Online Access registration process using the Statement Number listed on the SuperEOB for services provided in 2018.
